Shipping & Returns
HOW DO WE SHIP?
We strive to ship same day of purchase. We ship via DHL (EU) or our local PostNL (outside of EU) to offer you the most economical shipping methods possible.
Domestic orders will take between 1 to 3 business days for travel. Larger orders (furniture) will take between 3 to 5 business days for travel. This also depends on your location.
Orders outside of the EU will take 7-30 business days for delivery, in busy times this can take up to 40 business days. Puik is not responsible for (custom) delays, lost or stolen packages.
Both shipping methods (DHL and PostNL) will supply a tracking number. This number will be send back to you so you can have a general idea of where your package may be.
If you would like to receive your order faster, send us a message prior to ordering, and we will get back to you.
If your Dutch design item arrived damaged, let us know within 3 days of arrival. We will then take a look at the item and send you a new item. Note that we always ask the buyer to send us pictures first. A few of our items are handmade, and subtle changes can appear. This is not a flaw, but a beautiful work of (handmade) art.
Puik products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. Please include this return form when returning your item.
After we receive the item and return form, you will be reimbursed within 14 business days. Only items that have not been used, have no stains or visible wear and are in their original packaging may be exchanged or returned. The costs for return shipment will be for the buyer.
If you’ve accidentally received an incorrect shipment please notify us within 3 days of arrival so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you.
